With my service, I suppose to get a free car wash wish I didn't get that happen to my friend a week ago claiming the machine is broken. If the machine is broken fix it before put it on paper with your service you get a free wash which is not admissible

I dropped my car off to get an inspection and oil change. I dropped it off with no problem; I had someone pick me up because I was not going to wait in that waiting room. There was NO social distancing going on; the room was packed.
I got a phone call the service department; no message was left. So I called to ensure that the car was ready and that there wasn’t a problem. I was on hold for 30 minutes! When someone finally got on the call, it took about two seconds for him to confirm. If a message was left, I wouldn’t have wasted 30 whole minutes of my only day off. The gentlemen on the phone did apologize for the long wait and the fact that they were short-staffed. Having worked customer service before, some contingencies should be made for days like that.
Once I got to the dealership, I had to wait another twenty minutes to pick up my car and pay for the service. During this whole time, the manager was in his office, calling his employees on his cell phone, rather than diving in and helping to run the front of office more smoothly.
