I am quite disappointed with how Sheleta Goldsmith handled my last B1 service session - Invoice # HOCS718044. I have being asked to made payment for the service that obviously under my Honda Care Maintenance Coverage Contract # V006360037.
I told her in the beginning about my coverage when I send in the car but seemed like she didn’t know how to check it on the system - let it hanging until the end of the service session after 2 hours and so. I made the payment anyway because it’s getting too late for me.
I came back the next day for the claim and then she asked me to come again and meet her instead? I didn’t do it because I think that was totally nonsense and wasting my time.
Now the extra payment issue is still hanging.

Isaiah Swan was no where to be found when I wanted to get a status update on my car & my key was never returned. My fiancé had his key copy so we were able to make it back home safely. When I called the next day to inquire about my key not being returned back to me, no one was able to help me get direct information. I left my name & phone number for Isaiah to give me a call back. I have yet to receive an update. This call was made on Saturday, July 18. I serviced my car on Friday, July 17.
