The service was fine. Everything was done to my satisfaction. My only complaint is that all the employees as well as most of the customers were wearing their masks below their noses. That’s the same as not wearing one. I am extremely high risk and felt that was disrespectful. There was also no hand sanitizer anywhere in the building. I just hope the interior of my car was sanitized before I got it, because if I get sick it gets traced back to Honda, he only place I’ve been. ????????

Hey Millennium,
We are in the pandemic situation. I hope you noticed. Now; I purposely made an appointment in order to avoid dealing with unnecessarily crowdedness that I have seen all the time in the past in your service area. Why? Why would one be made to wait 3 hours for an oil change in your crowded waiting area during pandemic??? you absolutely created an unnecessary risk to my and your health by doing so. until you change and make your service safer I will not be serving my vehicle with you.
Best.

I was waiting an one hour and forty five minutes when I asked him how much longer he answered me with a question and I said my car needs an oil change his answer was anybody can help you with the oil change and I told him I asked you because they told me to wait for you because you helped me when I first got there.
Then I went to pay they give me paper work I pay he told me is going to be outside wait for good 15 I went back and ask him where is my car the anwer was the technician still has it and that set..I don't understand if they given the papers and pay they still have my car. After few more minutes they give me my car and not even wash .

2 hours waiting time for changing a single tyre is too much for anyone to handle when they have other work to take care of.

Jessica was very friendly and in good spirits despite it being 7 AM. She has great customer service skills and communicates very well with the people she’s servicing. I definitely felt comfortable leaving my vehicle at Honda for service, being that she kept me updated on what was going on and how long it was going to take.

I’m completely satisfied with Cedric but every time I bring my car to Honda to fix a problem I leave with a bigger problem. For example a time ago I went there to get an oil change. The mechanic bang my driver door into the lift arm and dented it and scratched the paint. Millennium Honda wanted to compensate by paying to get it fixed. It’s a brand new car that now needs body work I didn’t even have the car maybe a year at that time. Now I took my car there to replace a sensor and I leave and the car gets stuck and won’t drive with electrical problems all the lights on the dashboard are on. Marchello and the service advisors are great guys. They always take good care of me. The mechanics are incompetent. I hate millennium Honda in Hempstead. I’m stuck in rockville center the car won’t power off all the lights are flashing on the dashboard. I can’t turn the car off or lick the door our roll down the window or do anything. But the car is running. On top of that I just put a brand new battery in the car. My car was at Honda over the weekend and now it says battery critical and other critical errors. Do not drive do not drive do not drive. I never had any electrical problems with this car previously. I’m furious. I’m sick and Honda Roadside Assistances tells me to pay for a tow with AAA back to the dealership. I just paid $2,510 dollars this afternoon which I really didn’t have. Now you want me to pay to tow the car back for an issue that was caused by millennium Honda mechanic’s. Bad enough I had tire pressure issues and when I got my car back, there forgot to put back on my hubcaps. I knew to check because every time they check the tires they never replace the hubcaps. If you don’t pay attention they will tell you to pay for them $5 dollars each. So you will pay for new hubcaps every time they check your tire pressure. So today I had to say first off dude where’s my hubcaps. It’s slays something with these Honda mechanics out never fails. Every time I go there I have a bad experience. Not to mention when I first brought the car they told me you get a referral fee if you refer a friend. So I referred a friend to the guy who sold me my car. He gave the referral fee to his homeboy. On top of that he gave me a different colored car then the one I initially agreed to because his friend who worked there wanted the color I picked and it was the last one. So when I came to pick up my car he lied to me a gave me another color. So the guy who worked there can get the initial color I washed and picked. Revell accommodated me for the referral fee. I received no accommodation for the color switch that was done. I should’ve went to another Honda dealership at that point. They said if I switch dealerships now my warranties won’t carry over or I would never go back there. I have had a bad experience every time since day one. Revell is a good guy. Marchello is a good guy. Cedric is a good guy. The guy who sold me the car is a horrible person for lack of better words I’m reluctant to use at this time. The mechanics are incompetent. Marchello and Cedric are going to accommodate me for this tow and make sure I’m taken care of. But that doesn’t compensate for this entire experience especially when it was caused by the mechanics at Honda. There was nothing wrong with this car before I dropped it off Scott for the censor. I’m stuck here for 3 hours in a car that won’t shut off but the air won’t work either, it won’t switch gears, the door won’t lock, and can’t turn the car off, I’m sweating bullets, looking crazy sitting in an empty parking lot at a bank that closed hours ago. And still I have to wait for a tow truck for a brand new car that I spent $2,505 on maintenance this afternoon.
