I got to the service depart on Wednesday way before 5
And I was meet with rude people well some
The person who checked in my car was nice and helpful
Then there was a lot of people telling me they not going to write me up
Because it was close to closing
But I was told before I came that my car would be seen
But they kept speaking out loud about they want to go home and that they not writing my car up
But one person
He would nice he wrote me up but explained that no one will put my battery in
Cause it was close to and that I have to leave my car...
made me waste a whole day
But my problem was fixed
I just hate workers that say this not my job
Or they not working till the end of they shift
Thank you for letting
Me vent and explain
Hope I don’t run into this again

We all have little or no knowledge about the deadly venom of COVID-19
Please advice to all employee not to remove “Mask” and rub the face by elbow area to clean the sweat etc , then the whole purpose is gone.
They are your 1st line of defence . Please train them frequently if not daily , remind they also have family at home . So don’t scared them, but teach them to respect their own healths, which comes first . Thanks for re-opening .

I think the staff should remove any paper, plastic, and tags that are put in the car when I pick it up. The steering wheel was dirty, so I had to clean it. The work on my car was great both days I came in the past week.
