I was returning to complete my inspection and have a headlight put in. I had made an appointment. I waited 20 minutes to even get in to drop my car off. I was told it would take 2-3 hours. Since I waited 2 hours the week before only to be told I needed a headlight, I asked if the work could be expedited. They said they would do what they could. 5 hours later I was still there. I could not get a ride home because I am concerned about being that close to someone in a car during the pandemic. Waiting 5 hours is not acceptable.

I had pay for a battery because the one my car came with died and I want my money back NOT a credit and I only had the car 1 month I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THE BATTERY. The antenna needs to be replaced and I am supposed to get a loaner car which has not been available. However Jessica has been very helpful. I appreciate Greg service manager for returning my calls. I WANT MY ANTENNA ON MY CAR FIXED AND A REFUND FOR THE BATTERY REPLACEMENT.
