Hassan was excellent and an assist to your company. You absolutely need to have signs regarding WEARING FACE MASKS. You employees were all wearing masks & gloves. Most of the customers Were wearing face masks, but some had them hanging off their faces. Also, maybe a plastic bag or another steering wheel cover would also be effective. Some sort of cleaning wipes where you pick up your car. These are scary times. Any help making dropping off a car for service easier would be appreciated.
