In the current environment, coming to your service location has been by far the worst experience ever. I reached out a week earlier to see if I needed to make an appointment. I was told to come in early morning and no appointment was necessary. When I got there, I was told that the wait would be 3 hours because there were a lot of people ahead of me and the center was working with lesser employees. Working with a skeleton staff is even more of a reason to accept clients on an appointment basis instead of asking people to just come in whenever. I waited at the service center for 3.5 hours before my vehicle was ready. Your practice is unnecessarily exposing clients to the COVID-19 virus. This is very irresponsible to not only your clients, but also your staff.
