Paid $1,600 to have my car fixed, since Hubler @could not contact the Warranty Company”,and it still has the exact same issue I brought it in for...this is NOT a minor issue. There is NO WAY they should have let it leave the lot...wondering if they actually did anything to it!!!

I have a service through GM where I get free oil changes. I explained that to the male employee and he told me I would not get a free oil change and demanded that I pay for it up front before I even got the oil change. I showed him the paper stating I get free oil changes and he was still rude and didn’t believe me. I told him to look in the system because the last 2 times I also got free oil changes and he said I wasn’t going to this this. He then typed my vin into the computer wrong and it pulled up a different vehicle than mine and so he told me that my paperwork didn’t add up. After 45 minutes he finally got someone else to help and then he was able to pull it right up. I made sure to tell him multiple times I needed my tires rotated because it didn’t get done the last time I was here and asked for it to be done. They assured me it was marked down to be done: when I got home I realized that my tires weren’t rotated so I had to come back in to get it down: spend 3.5 hours at Christi Hubler for an oil change and tires rotated. It was the worst customer service I have ever had and a huge inconvenience. I will never come back

We were there for two hours and all they did was a oil change and tire rotation on one vehicle and oil change and put new tires on the other one. Shouldn’t take that long

Went in to have a spare key and fob done and get my brakes looked at because they aren’t very responsive. Had my truck for 2 days. Nothing done to the brakes and the new key didn’t work not to mention I saw a new big smudge on the side my new truck that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. So all in all I was without my truck for 2 days making me late for a work trip and nothing with the truck was accomplished.

My appointment was 115 and they didn’t even start on vehicle until 2 . I have never waited 1 and a half hours at Christy’s in 4 years of dealing with them. I hope this isn’t the new norm , Other than that everything was fine. Staff was great and service was good.

At the beginning all was very attentive. To me it felt like after I paid cash. I was thrown at the waste side. My truck haden't been cleaned at all. I had to come back because of the check engine light on. Even though they took care of the check engine light situation! It was my first time able to pay cash for a vehicle. My experience could have been better. My sale's man David did what he could. No complaining on his end. God Bless ????

After Neil was unavailable, I had terrible communication with other staff. Neil told me not to drive my car which was not true. Other staff had no idea what was going on. Phone system kept disconnecting me. I was very frustrated by the end of the day. Goulds finally went and got my car and payed bill, set up a rental. Only frustration from Hubler.
