The service on my car was fine... However, the dealership is not calling covid seriously enough. I have mentioned this before and now it is worse. The last time I was there there was only one station of sanitizer. Now there was none... although not Vinart's fault, too many customers were walking around without face coverings. There should be more signs telling everyone to wear a mask and wear it properly (over the nose).

Tom was great and the staff were very friendly. But, upon getting my vehicle back I have had to jump start my car every time I need to go somewhere. I left a message Friday and received no call back. I called again this morning and I scheduled a drop off time for tomorrow morning and was told I most likely will only get a loaner car if the tech decides I need to leave my car for more than a day. I was told they can provide me with an Uber. Which was the case last time where it was left overnight and I had no transportation that evening or in the morning.
I have kids, school, and work. I’m hoping this won’t be the case considering I just had an all point inspection done and recalls and now my car won’t turn over.
