Oscar was very attentive to the fact that I was leaving on a road trip at the end of the week. The Honda A/C part was back ordered. Oscar found an after market part and I was able to leave town on time.

Asked how much the axle repair would cost and was quoted $475. Then after the repairs found out that it didn't include the cost of the part. The rep did NOT say that the cost was JUST the labor, since I asked for the total cost. So the bill went from ~$600 to ~$1000. What could I do? It was done. I will likely go elsewhere for future repairs.
