Sean was really great and helpful in the morning when I dropped my car off for service. I’ve never had a poor experience at this location, however when I returned to pick up my car around 4:30, the lady that was working the service desk was extremely rude. She was talking on her personal phone and didn’t acknowledge me even though I was standing right in front of her. I had to go to the sales area to ask someone for help and when she redirected me back to the lady at the service desk, she rudely said she couldn’t help me because she was on a phone call. I understand that she was busy but a simple “I’ll be right with you” would have made me feel more welcomed. I actually went to check the hours to see if the service department was closed because she was acting like she was off the clock. Very unprofessional

Came in to fix the airbag, the airbag light came back on the same day as we picked up the car and when we wanted to bring it back they didn't let us, they told us to call the next day to figure it out.

When I received my car back after my service, and I drove off the lot, in less than a block, the car began making a very strange grinding sound, as if there was a problem with the gears or axle. The sound came from underneath the vehicle, and sounded like a very bad grinding. I drove less than 1 block before the sounds began, so I immediately came back to the dealership. I spoke to Sean about what the car was doing, and he found a technician to check the issue. I remained in the car when the technician took the car around the block. We did not hear the grinding sound when the technician drove my car, however, during the technician test driving the car, there was a very loud bang sound that sounded like something shot out from underneath the car. After we heard the loud bang sound, we were both surprised, but the grinding sound was still not happening. So when the technician and I returned to the dealership, because the sound was no longer occurring, and due to the service department closing soon (this was around 5:20pm), Sean told me that if I hear the grinding sound again, that he would be back at work tomorrow morning. I am guessing that there was something left unfastened or unsecured in the vehicle, and that was causing the grinding when it moved into a moving area of the axle. When the item shot out of the bottom of the car, I became worried that it would be very hard to figure out what that was. I would like to bring the vehicle back to have it inspected to make sure that everything is where it is suppose to be and that nothing has been damaged or missing. Please call me to discuss.
