Margarita is always excellent but l had to deal with Arnie today and l just had to call AAA because it froze on me and would not turn on! The AAA guy showed me how dirty the cable connections were and advise me to clean them when l got home, so here l am wasting gas for waiting for a friend l had promised a ride to before l get home and clean what should have been done in the 17 point check!

I paid for 2 springs to be replaced. I took my car two times so the part can be ordered. When I drove back home, I realized only one spring was replaced. I still hear rattling at the back of my trunk. The springs were not expensive, but I do expect my car to be fixed when I return, and that without a long wait. Oscar was very pleasant and helpful. I was just dissatisfied with the repair part. For so many years I trusted you guys, I just think this was a mistake on your part.

Tony Tran has been assisting me with my vehicle for almost 3 years. He is responsive, energetic and shows genuine regard in ensuring I'm satisfied with Honda's service. I took a 3 year extended service arrangement when I purchased the car and am more than satisfied with the service offered because of employees like Tony. He truly does an outstanding job. My last 3 cars were Honda's, and if the service continues as it has because of people like Tony and his team, than this won't be my last Honda.

Tony is great you are lucky to have him. My dad was a service writer for Buick and I know how impossible that job can be. And the way people are today, in a hurry, always angry, wanting something for nothing, being rude and obnoxious, I can only imagine how diffficult it is to please them. Tony knows how to do that.
