Ms.Margarita has been very helpful and she explains everything and apologize quickly if she forgets something or other delays. Even though I live in the Valley I don't mind driving long hours and the heavy traffic of 405 just to have my '07 CRV have it service at Scott Robinson Honda.

Workers left a mess in my car, chocolate all over my back seat carpets. Dirty shoe prints on the passenger and drivers side. Cover paper and plastic was left in my car for me to dispose myself. Lady said that something was broken in my cup holder when trying to replace a piece, she told me they didn’t break it, before I went there it was not broken. I would never come back to this Honda place, the customer service and service of the car was the worst service experience I have ever had.

I understand people get busy and things get crazy, but Alex didn’t call me all day after I dropped my car at 9am. I expected a call to tell me what was happening or what was wrong with my car but no call. I called at 330 and spoke to Tony, he was fantastic. He explained what was happening he told me I could pic up my car in an hr and that Alex would be in touch, still no phone call. I had my husband drive me down and Tony processed me out. Thank you Tony! Thank you for your time And explaining what was fixed on my car! Thank you to the mechanics as well! ????????????????

I arrived at the Service Dept. at 8:56 AM for a B14 service. I had an appointment for 9:00 AM. I was told by Tony Tran that I had already had most of the labor intensive service at a previous appointment, so I just needed the B1 service. I was told it would take between 1.5- 2 hours. I waited. After 3 hours it was suggested that I have a bulb replaced, brake, transmission and power steering fluids replaced. It would take another 2 hours. What could I do? You had my car and I had already been there for 3 hours. I chose to wait some more. After 4.5 hours I was able to leave. It seems to me that 4.5 hours for fluid replacements, oil change, tire rotation and brake inspections is really too long. I understand that it was not Mr. Tran's fault. He was just doing what he could. But 4.5 hours is not a reasonable time for the service I was provided. Jiffy Lube changes my oil and filter in about 15 minutes. I know there was more involved than a simple oil and filter change, but 4 hours and 15 minutes worth? It seems a bit extreme, in my opinion. Also, I would like to understand the point of making an appointment? I can understand if I had an existing problem that you needed to figure out, but this was simple, routine maintenance. Nothing out of the ordinary. I think from now on, for routine maintenance, I will have to look at other options. Normally, your service is very good, but I think you blew it this time. I have been a loyal customer since 2008, and have always taken my car to you, but I do not like to be taken advantage of, and I feel a bit taken for granted by you this time. Again, I do not blame Mr. Tran for any of this, but if something is going to take 4.5 hours, I should at least have been told that ahead of time, so that I could have used my time better.
