Waited too long for oil change, tire rotation and filter change, initial complain of cranking sound that appears to be the starter wasn’t fixed,asked if i want to leave my car over night just to hear it, that would have left me with no means of transportation to work, oil life wasn’t reseted so how would i know it was changed..i had to drive back to have them check it, terrible experience

My only comment is that while I appreciated your hiring a Lyft to take me home, I think you should be able to accommodate a customer both leaving and returning to the dealership. Consider the following: 1) I live alone. 2) I am 73 years old and do not use apps on my phone. 3) I have been a regular customer for over 25 years. 4) I spent almost $1,000 yesterday to have my car taken care of. 5) I have all my maintenance done at your dealership. I realize that businesses have to adjust in today’s world but loyal customers want to feel appreciated.

I have worked with Tony several times now. He truly tries to help fix things that's been happening to our car. Most people don't really show effort and interest in helping you fix or troubleshoot problems but Tony is always willing to help and even if they aren't able to completely diagnose the problem he is very communicative about the efforts they have tried.

I came to get an oil changed and tires rotated. I dropped off my car, and returned once I received the message it was ready for pick up. Upon getting in, I noticed my check engine light, tire light, and traction light were all on. When my service lady was notified, she sought help but casually brushed it off as if it was nothing. No sorry or concern about my vehicle.. just a “let me know.” I had an appointment I missed and her non chalant attitude was aggravating. I am the customer and my time matters.

Arnie was able to discount From about 6000 to 4300 which is a tremendous amount of money either way for pretty routine things. I am 49 and I have driven my whole life and I’ve never seen such disgusting prices even for timing belt and stuff like thatAnd I don’t trust the staff there who said in the paperwork my lights work when the light I knew was out- And so how can I trust the rest. Let’s assume that all the repairs that I ultimately decided to do really did need to be done- That’s a Disgusting number 6000 initial- and even 4300. You guys are cruelly covid era price gougers. Taking advantage of people with over pricing repairs since cost of cars has risen in covid era. The initial staff lady that I dealt with for the pilot is untrustworthy insensitive unprofessional telling me to go get my own lightbulb at the service department since I caught her that my lightbulb was out when the mechanics said it wasn’t but I don’t trust the mechanics on anything they look like a bunch of gangster ex-cons anyway and I’m going to report this whole situation before the holiday and when I finished the process after the holiday to the Better Business Bureau. It’s actually sad that I can’t go to my local Honda dealer branch office and trust anyone there which has been going on for a long time actually they have always been over pricing and I have just paid it to this point but I’m sick and tired of it now because it’s getting disgustingly more and more and more and more .

Sean McClelland was great and I hope the issue is solved. My only minor complaint (and it has happened before) is that the people in the shop improperly inflate my tires. The correct PSI is 35 and were 35 when I brought the car in. When I picked the car up, they are all 32. They probably don’t know the correct PSI is 35. Now, I need to add air tomorrow.

Quoted price from Maria of $95 one time fee to reprogram two new keys for my 2003 Accord. And $85 for second. schefuled me for 10:54 appt. the next day. When I arrived They confirmed the price but said it would be 1 1/2 hour wait. Rescheduled for Saturday. Oscar said it would be 2 1/2 wait another $100 for the new key. I have the key but not the electronics. Only thing done was a new key with the electronics. No second key. When I came home I tried locking the car, nothing. Key not programmed. Left three messages for Oscar, no call back. Your customer service ****. Jerry K

It’s my second time coming back big brake issues at first they find warped rotors so they had to resurface them and file down some of my pads at no charge. But wait this car is new with 20k miles and I’m having issues with brakes squealing away come on if such an enormous of a corporation can finish the job correctly by supplying me new rotors and new pads to me at no cost will now we are talking about getting a great review! No way ! Now I only got two months left on my warranty! I’m sure the next time I come in will diffidently recommend new rotors and new pads at my expense I’m sure !! Just a rip off waiting to come ! I hope you get your act straightened out!
