Hello thank you for taking care of our truck we we’re confused to why the engine light came on again after just taking it to you guys about two months ago we were very frustrated that we had to bring it back in after having a catalytic converter exchanged now we need to have something else done then we spoke with the supervisor Arnie and he took care of us very happy thanks again we were about to loose our minds they were very professional

When I make the appointment on the call, service rep didn’t let me know replacement part needs to be ordered prior service. Then I arrived at the dealer and found out that service cannot be done till part is ordered. The parts department didn’t notify me when parts arrived. Text messaging is not working. I tired to do text message with no response. I left a voice message and follow with my car service and didn’t receive a call back. I have to call again and reach out to Alex and find out the status.

I picked my car up today, left the dealership and drove to my office in El Segundo. When I got out of the car I smelled anti-freeze. Drove it home after work, same thing. I'll be bringing it back. This was not happening before my car was worked on.
