I created my appointment via the web page, and selected specific items.
I had confirmation numbers, etc, and when I arrived there was no record as it appears the scheduled items go into one mailbox in which the individual was out of office. I’m not particularly angry, but this is definitely a single point of failure in process as one of the items I had selected to have looked at did not get looked at because the techs did not have enough time.
It was stated that I would have to create a new appointment for the other issue.
This isn’t the first time the website has failed in process for me, specifically when it was built for requests for call backs for appointments, and there were no follow ups.
I’m happy to speak with someone about process improvements specifically when it relates to process in technology.
I still need to create the other appointment as well, and I intend to utilize the online scheduling system, as it would be very convenient if it was fully integrated.
Aside from that hiccup, I am very happy that the manager accommodated me on my oil change, the whole crew is lovely.
