When I took my car in I had them run the diagnostics and give me a quote before moving forward and fixing my car. I was given a quote for $900 and that i would get my car back after the second day. Then received a call on Friday telling me there was more wrong with my car but not to worry because he’d make some adjustments to keep it around $900 because that’s what I was quoted. After that call my car was kept over the 3 day weekend. I got a call on Tuesday stating that in order to fix the original problem they were going to charge me $1,200. So almost $300 more to fix a silly sensor. When I went to pick up my car it was completely dead. I had to have one of the sales staff come out and jump me and now I’m worried I’m going to have more issues with my car and more problems we’re created. I am a single mom who works a full time job and I needy car and every penny I can get. I made that very clear from the beginning and he seemed understanding but as time went on I felt like I was over charged and taken advantage of which isn’t a good feeling. I took my car to a Ford dealership hoping I’d get the best experience possible.
