I appreciate your team getting me in and changing out the battery right away. I am disappointed in Ford engineering that made it necessary for a mechanic to have to replace the battery.

The oil change took way too long. I waited for a long time, watched my vehicle actually get passed by several then get moved into a bay where the tech actually went on break as soon as it finally got in the bay. Friendly staff and appeared to be quality work but I’m not sure I could justify going back after how long this took.
