I had to call 3 times to schedule the repair. Andrew said he would have a service writer call me back. This happened twice. Third call and the service was scheduled. I was notified the vehicle was ready for pick-up. I asked to see the removed parts and was told they had been thrown away. Not happy about that. Also vehicle was brought up to the door while I was making payment, with the windows down. By the time I finished paying, it came a rain and soaked my passenger side leather seat. Very unhappy about that. Up till today, I had only done oil changes. May just continue that from here forward. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx

Navigation still not working after $100 upgrade. Took car to Ford West to get Jim Robertson to pay for diagnosis since I just bought car a week ago. They refused. Not happy.

I asked for a quote for new brakes, which I received. After careful consideration I decided to go forwArd and get my brakes replaced. After dropping off my vehicle, reminding the service agent of my quote and getting confirmation once more, I received a call, that only half the labor was considered in the quote and that an additional $140 would be necessary to complete the job. In my opinion, that is breaking a contract; i had it in writing. I am not pleased with the service provided and will not return.

Did not meet any staff member who was not courteous and helpful. Thank you for your shuttle service. If you didn't have shuttle service I would have had to wait there the whole time they were working on my vehicle.
