I will certainly continue to use you guys, and overall it’s a good experience, but two oil changes in a row now, something that I said that I wanted was not done. My last oil change, I asked for full synthetic oil and got the default synthetic blend. This oil change, I asked for a tire rotation, which they took care of only AFTER I was called up to pay my bill, and I knew from the total that they didn’t rotate my tires. So, they had to pull my vehicle back in, put it BACK up on the lift, etc, which of course would have been faster to do when it was on the lift the first time. It’s just a little frustrating because I’m on a regular work day and needed to get back to work. I’m not sure how the communication is being missed, but it cost me some valuable time. Other than that, the experience like I said was an overall good experience and the tech did a good job, people were friendly, etc. See you next time. Thanks.

My wife had to bring my truck in. On the scheduling form you only had the option for the works and not just an oil change. I put in the comments I only wanted the oil change. My wife brought the truck to the service center and they said we didn’t have an appointment and to take it to the quick lane. They showed my truck should have been at service center but said they could do the oil change. My wife made sure to tell them we only wanted the oil change and not the full works and they confirmed. The full works was performed oil change and tire rotation which I did not want. I’ve never had an issue with this before bringing my truck in for just an oil change. You should change your website to have the option at scheduling for just oil changes.

Each time I come in there and have repairs, my vehicle runs even rougher than it did when I brought it in. This started back when I had plugs and wires replaced in 2023. I have listened to your suggestions and paid for repairs only to still have same problems and new ones, with less money in my pocket. To end up with no resolution after paying your high prices is even more absurd. There was a time when you could count on the dealers mechanics to fix your vehicle. I don’t know if you have stopped employing quality mechanics or what but you need to be aware that there is a problem.
