Everything was actually great, it was. Just one minor thing - I received and was charged for synthetic blend oil, and that’s all fine and well, but I specifically asked for full synthetic oil. Somehow that got lost in the communication chain. I’ve been there before, I’ll be there again, no big deal, but since you asked….

Well for starters, I walked up to my vehicle and there was a smeared hand print on my drivers front door handle as well and oil on top of my center console but at least the service was quick I’ll will give you guys that impressed with the timely manor however cleanliness should be improved

After the third time having it in for the auto start stop not working Tom said that everything is documented and if it happens again he will have more ammunition and will be able to get the battery replaced even though the warranty would be up by the time I got back from vacation. I brought it back and Tom said that I need a new battery but the warranty is up. So nothing but lies from the beginning from him. GREAT CUSTOMER NO SERVICE
