Disappointed on many levels. Communication ****. Been there 3 times for a repair and warranty work pickup and every time it's total confusion and I have to arrange a ride because my car is not done when they told me it was. Figure that out please.

Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the young man that checked me in and walked me back up to the cashier. Since I had only one interaction with a male, I’ll assume it was Connor.
