When Tom called me yesterday to tell me the part was in to repair my car, I didn’t know what he was referring to. Last week when I was there, no one informed me that a part needed to be ordered to make the repair. When I picked up my car, I thought it had already been repaired. There was nothing indicated otherwise on the invoice either. At this point I am not even sure what part they ordered since I needed repairs to 2 different parts of my car.
Extremely disappointed in my first ever visit at this dealership!!

Although I spent about 20 minutes on the phone setting up taking my truck in for recall changes, the service I received after I got there was excellent! My concern are: They marked green on my receipt
As if they checked everything they marked. But they really didn't, they checked that my horn was working, but it not working. They checked my windshield Wipers are good, but they are not. They say my rare lights are good, but they are not. They just marked anything without out taking a real look. Make me think did they really give me a oil change. Come on people if you going to say you did the work, then make sure you actually did the work. Don't make sense to lie.
