The Escape runs much better after the oil change OTC. All the service people were helpful and friendly

About two hours after dropping off my car for service, I received a voicemail message asking me to return the call and left phone number with extension, and I called back 10 or 12 times during the next couple of hours and was never able to reach anyone but the operator or voicemail. I don’t know if he was calling me to say my car was ready or if there’s something I need to discuss. Still wondering . I also had requested a ride to pick up my car and no one ever came or called.

My vehicle was sent in for service on 10/13/2023 to get recall service done. You picked up my vehicle and when the work was complete completed you returned my vehicle, being a bilateral amputee it was greatly appreciated.
The recall included issues with the door latch which broke on my front door on drivers side. I was told that this was one of the recalls being repaired. After receiving the vehicle I went to leave and go to the store and my vehicle did no have the door handle repaired and I cannot open the front drivers side door.
Fairly disappointing as I could not use the vehicle.
