Staff was wonderful and service items I came in for went well. Only item I was disappointed in was that I did not get my car vacuumed, as I had agreed to.

Had an oil change on my 2013 Mustang . When I got home I could smell oil I opened the hood there was oil everywhere. The cap was not put back on and it sprayed oil all over the engine . I keep my engine clean and this was a mess . Drove some more engine was smoking. Finally took it back in and they removed the plastic cover on the valve covers and there was oil all over it and that’s what was smoking . They cleaned it and it seems better but the whole process was time consuming and frustrating. I understand people forget things I know it happens but this was a mess and a little time consuming.

I was traveling from TN to MI and had my F150 king ranch check engine light come on driving through Fy Wayne on Sunday. The truck was shaking badly and sounded to me like a cylinder was misfiring. I was towing a trailer and traveling with my young son. He had to get a hotel.
I contacted you all first thing Monday. Joe understood my predicament and said bring it in so they could do a diagnostic so I could make a decision on what to do next. Turns out he had the part and fixed it. I was on the road by noon! Beyond excellent service! Thank you again!
