I arrived to town late last night on a three day drive from California on my way to Vermont, with an engine light flashing. I called 6 other mechanics this morning and no one was able/willing to help. I had contacted another ford dealer and they suggest I go to you because you are open Saturday and Sunday in the event I needed parts ordered. Joe immediately put me at ease and made me feel my situation was a priority. You had the parts in stock and the fix was done fast. I cannot thank your team enough.

The inspection paper was not filled out. After I paid the lady that my car would be out facing the street and it was still in the bullpen. The spare tire was just put in the trunk not bolted under the tarp where spares go. For the amount I paid I should not have this many 'errors'.
