I had trouble getting anyone to answer the phone at the Illinois Rd location so I called at the end of the day to see if there was a glimpse of hope at the Coliseum location. Doggone it, there was. His name was Connor. He answered all of my questions with certainty and professionalism. Connor was friendly, personable and polite. I enjoyed the experience feeling like a valued customer, thank you for your help! 11/10 for Connor and the homie that fixed my recall! <3

I truly appreciate Connor's honesty and the fact that the North Bob Thomas dealership was honest with me about the things that we would need to go through with getting my car radio working as the other Bob Thomas off Illinois road. They were not honest with me and picked the most expensive thing to fix. First telling me that that would fix my radio and then calling me to let me know the second most expensive thing and still not letting me know that that may not be it. So again, I do truly appreciate the honesty and the customer service that I received from Connor at the north. Bob thomas

I am very unsatisfied. I brought my 2012 Ford Focus in for a recall repair. I was told there was no code on the recall and the recall closed. I picked up my car and drove home. The engine light came on, I called the service department and explained what happened. I was instructed to bring the car back to have it checked. They did a diagnostic on the car and I was told the purge valve was bad and needed to be replaced. I agreed to this repair at a cost of 471 dollars. I picked up the car the following day, drove it home and my husband drove it to work that night when he informed me the engine light came back on. So it’s a new week and I dropped off my vehicle yesterday 4/10/2023 and received a call that 2 more parts needed to be repaired at a cost of 750 dollars. All I wanted to do was bring my car in for a recall repair and left with multiple problems and additional problems with the Focus. I had never been to your dealership, as I am new to the area. The office staff were very nice that was a plus. However, I am very displeased with the service done to my car. My car has been cared for and serviced regularly. I guess a solution to this problem would be when there is a code that is on a car, it should be more specific to fix instead of replacing parts till you get it right. My car road well before I brought it to your dealership. I will be picking it up today. I hope it still drives well. I am sorry I will not be doing any more repairs at your business.
