Simple oil service, have used your dealership for years. I drive 100 miles to you to service my car No more, the lady trying to put oil in my engine sprayed oil all over my engine compartment and that’s what it looks like tonight. It was on the outside fenders on the driver door oil hand prints took drove the car to another building and tried to power wash the engine bay just making a bigger mess John never said a word to me and I’m trying to straighten this mess out very disappointed as it will always look like this. Nothing was professional with this woman she just walked away. I took it to a car wash to get the oil off the outside immediately.

The lube tech that worked on my car was the slowest mechanic I have ever seen. She had a bad shoulder, so she basically worked with one hand, but the shop manager should have at least helped her rotate the tires. She also walked very slow, like she had no interest being there. I asked for everything to be checked and all I got was rotated tires and oil change. It took a full hour for the car to even get in the door, let alone 45 minutes on the lift.
