Tony has zero customer service skills.
Zero communication with the customers he failed to read his coworkers notes for my vehicle. Ignore your black and white list of services for the 60,000 mile service and he wanted to fix everything with an I’m sorry. It’s sad that Ford has this type of surface advisors. I just want to make money or a bonus without taking care of the customer or their customer needs. This individual had the vehicle for the whole day did not finish the job and his best response was just scheduled the vehicle for another day.
