The service is horrible. I called last week
And scheduled appointment telling Travis what I needed to have done. I dropped my truck off and he forgot. I asked his on the phone to do a rotation. I “assumed” he would remember as I didn’t put it on the envelope which I was told was “required”. I asked him to please rotate the tires and he told me it would be 45 minutes. For the amount of money we spend the service ****. It every single time we have issues. I’m done with your service department. We have issues every time in. I’m tired of dealing with the problems.
