Went to pick up the vehicle and it was locked inside the garage. We had confirmed and reconfirmed that the vehicle was to be parked outside with keys locked inside, since we were picking it up after hours.
Drove to dealership only to find we couldn't pick it up, ergo down to one vehicle for 2 days not to mention the wasted hour plus fuel.
