Curtis was great to work with, as usual! He was informative, communicated well, and made me feel like a valued customer. My wait time was also shorter than I anticipated. :) The customer lounge is pretty much a dump. The rest of the dealership isn't much better. For me personally, this detracts from my willingness to buy a new Ford.

Curtis was fine and very professional. My issue is with the diagnosis of my vehicle. I was told the transmission was going out and it would cost 7k to replace. I declined any repairs but asked if the transmission fluid was filled to at least the required level. I was told they didn't check for that. I would assume that if you're telling me you diagnosed the transmission as bad that you would know what the fluid level was. Very disappointed for the service I paid for.
