Truck has been ready since last Wednesday and have yet to get warranty approval for work that is black and white thru Ford Premium Care Plan! Service advisors have been claiming to be working deligently to get approval and move forward on this issue. Truck has been in Hold Lot for over a week.Warranty company has not upheld Ford Premium Care Protect Plan nor fought for the customer regarding unforeseen and premature failures!

When I dropped off my vehicle I was told that I would receive a call when the service was complete, but that never happened. I'm baffled that I took about 48 hours for an oil change & radiator flush. I had to procure my own transportation to work for the day without my car and my own ride to pick up my vehicle. No one apologized for the delayed service nor for the lack of communication. This last service appointment has shaken my faith in Bob Thomas, and I don't plan on returning.

The correct procedure was completed. The problem with engine auto start still exists. The computer didn’t reset itself. I’ll be bringing it back for any other look. I’m completely satisfied with the drive in response I was given and I have complete trust in the Bob Thomas team. Always excellent workmanship at a fair price.

Curtis when first approaching the service counter a little defensive as to why I was there. I am bad with names and said “I spoke to Cory I believe” Curtis firmly said we don’t even have a Cory that works here. I kinda brushed it off, we moved on. When I told him what was wrong with the car he wrote it down and asked me to bring the car inside. As I said I told him what was wrong with the car and when I drove it in and shut the motor off, I exited my vehicle and approached the service counter again. Curtis said your right the fan is running all the time. I felt belittled and insulted as he didn’t think I knew what I was talking about. I don’t appreciate being talked down to or insulted. He need to be taught to respect his elders because sometimes we do know what we are talking about. I could have fixed this myself but because of the warranty I bought I never know what’s covered and what is not I bring it in, in good faith if I have another incident like this I may not. My whole family has bought from Bob Thomas west and all because of me. By the way I am the husband of Margorie. I was the last one to buy a vehicle from you. Don’t make it be the whole families last vehicle bought from you. I was a little flustered as I left the service area Wednesday January 13th 2021. Thank you for your time I hope this never happens again.
