I have been seaking service for an issue with my 2019 f150 for over 3 months. First the service manager tells me he has me covered and will get my truck fixed ASAP, then I call the next day to check on status and find out the manager no longer works for the dealer. Then next manager tells me it’s normal for my truck to lurch into gear on start up and make a thud sound like the trans is falling out. I’m tired of the run around. It seams there waiting for my warranty to just run out and not have to worry about it anymore.
