You fired the best service righter you had because your shop manager can't do what he was doing puting customers first and making sure things were done the right way I recommend this dealer to many people that won't ever happen again.I don't know how greedy the people that Owen the dealership must be to always put them selves first in stead of the customer.

They gave me two different dates of when my car repairs should be done and it to several days.... they also charged me for a part that they did not even need... and it only took a few hr to fix my car in the same day... I feel like I was charged for three or four days and it didn't even take the whole morning to fix what needed to be fixed so I came out of extra money.
