Josie was amazing and the service team went above and beyond expectations. We were traveling from MN to CO, had car issues, Service team looked at it right away to see if they could get us on the road. Too serious so they shuttled us to a car rental outfit in Mason City! That’s crazy! Jo Jo entertained us all the way there. The Service Tech clearly did a good job, getting the car back to MN with no issues. Unbelievable Service! Great people that genuinely care!
