I was asked to wear a mask when I phoned for the appointment, I was however very surprised to be greeted with no employees wearing masks as well as seeing other customers without masks. I think with the pandemic surge in Florida that the precautions would be taken.

I came in with a service light indicator that the sensors were malformed. I was advised to have a calibration alignment performed at a cost of $1200. When I left, the sensors were performing again. About 100 miles into the drive back into Chicago, the same indicator came on again.

My Audi TT Roadster 2017 at 20k miles had a coolant anti freeze leak found thermostat cause of leakage was under warranty at the time . 4 months later at 21.4K miles coolant antifreeze leaked when warranty expired found the pump had internal seal bad . How could a car with very low mileage this happened to it unless it is a trash quality . I’ll never recommend Audi cars to nobody . Car was sold within two hours after taken out from dealer repair shop .
