I first met Henry at the North Miami Audi location two years ago. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have since followed Henry to the Fort Lauderdale location. He is my guy. The pricing for the service, while communicated to me beforehand, has been astronomically high.
Completely unsustainable hourly rates, coupled with 2 hour minimum for diagnosing the problem (even when the problem is completely apparent and ended up being exactly the same as the reason the vehicle was brought to you), makes even a smallest visit to your location an over $1000 expense.
I can not image myself using your dealership for anything but warranty work.
