The main reason for bringing the vehicle in to your facility was to have the right rear tire checked as it was losing air. In fact, we had to put air in multiple times. When my daughter picked up the car, she was told nothing was wrong with the tire. I also paid for a tire rotation which does not seem to have happened. That night my daughter drove back to Orlando only to have the tire pressure light return during the trip. It identified the same (never rotated) right rear tire as the problem. When she brought it into the shop there, they found a nail in the tire, after driving about 165 miles back to Orlando on that tire which was VERY dangerous. We won’t be back to your shop and do request a refund for the work not done. Very dishonest and very disappointing experience!!!
