Very happy with Nicole, my Service Advisor. However, I am extremely disappointed, dis-satisfied and frustrated with the “Pre-sense” feature on my S3. I previously owned an S4, with which I also experienced Pre-sense issues - initially occurring on both vehicles during heavy rain storms. I was both surprised and annoyed that Audi does not consider recurring issues with the pre-sense system subject to warranty coverage (when neither of my vehicles had suffered any kind of collision or other impact damage).
With the exception of these common issues, I have enjoyed owning both of my Audis. However, Because of this, I will probably not purchase another….
