First of all it wasn’t Nicole that attended to me, it was Eric!
Secondly, it took me 1 week to get an appointment because i needed a loaner. The day before, your service department called me to confirm my appointment and i again asked about the loaner and was told that there would be no issues
It took me more than 45mins to get to your dealer only to be turned away because you had no loaners as promised. It took me another hour to go back to work so i lost about 2 hours in my day PLUS now i have to go back to get my vehicle services!

Rain water was leaking all over me and the interior of my car.. took it in and was told parts needed to be ordered and to come back/repair process will take 4 hours. Never got a call that the part was in, had to keep calling. Finally made an appt and they set it with Eric.. gave him my keys at 8am and confirmed that I would get my car back same day, was told definitely. No one called me all day so I called to check status and was put on hold for over 20 min before calling back and being told Eric was in lunch and Jason would call back in 15 min. After waiting over an hour for Jason, I called back and when I finally spoke to him at around 3p I was told I would not get my car back until next day at 5p as car wasn’t even started and given the attitude or “just deal with it”. I called to speak with the manager and was transferred to Henry who said he would put my car to the top of the list and it will be finished the next day at 1/1:30p. I received a text that it was ready a 3:30p. Came back to the person who I had the appointment with/gave my keys to (Eric) and he felt the need to tell me my advisor is Jason, as if he didn’t want to help me when he had my keys right beside him. When I got in my car, it was full of dust/dirt/ and black grease smudges. I wasn’t even able to get all of the grease marks off my leather seats. Even my trunk was full of dirt. I will say Eric and Jason are rude and as a whole Audi needs to do better with communication. I got a ride, because I thought I was getting my car back after a few hours. I had to put all my plans on hold for 2 days because of you guys and not having a car. I also should not have to work as hard as I did to get a status of my car’s progress. I also should NOT have had to clean my car they way I had to and buy a hand vacuum after your workers were in it. Highly disappointed with my experience

Service was fine. I was recommended to pay for the car wash,a better one than the complimentary. It was terrible. The inside was hardly touched. Windows were all smeared. I was going to get a full detail. I won’t being getting it done at the dealt!!

When leaving the car and completing the service request my rep advised me to get the air/fuel induction service. He mentioned it was "due" so I agreed to it. Two days later I picked up the car and the aforementioned service was never completed. Same morning I emailed back to Mr. Koobir and no answer.
