I dislike false advertising.
When I bought the car at your dealership I also purchased the maintenance package. Now it turns out “certain things” are not included, like tire rotation, which you seem to estimate as standard.
I never had these problems with my 9 new Mercedes Benz. I am starting to regret having switched brands.
You are not behaving like a real German upscale brand.

Carlos was fine. I brought the car in for an engine light on Tuesday at 11 with an appointment. After several calls I spoke to Carlos a 2 pm Wednesday and it was obvious the car had not even been looked at. Then the said they couldn’t find a problem. That night the light came back on. Finally fixed it and Carlos then kept me informed about the progress.
