Jason and team at Audi Firt Lauderdale are an absolute delight. While I didn’t love spending nearly $1000 on my car today, I know that my vehicle is safe and well-cared for by Jason. They are always so helpful, friendly and never make me feel unknowledgeable when I have questions.

Aylin was amazing. She has always been extremely professional and courteous. Going in to Audi maintenance has always been a little stressful because of the concern on the outcome of the possible vehicle’s maintenance problem. However, Aylin makes the experience easy and calming with her knowledge, understanding, and courtesy. I will only make appointments with her from now on.

I am amazed. Audi has earned my loyalty due to their commitment to customer service. They went out of their way to make sure I got a loaner. They honored their warranty, no questions asked. They stay in contact with me giving me updates.
When you enter their showroom, you are not ignored or judged. If they are busy, they still check in with you, then go get someone to help you. From their clean, well sanitized bathrooms to their free coffee or hot chocolate, I am a big Audi fan.
