I am highly disappointed at the service provided. The initial reason for me coming to Andrew is because I have trusted the organization to lead with integrity. I brought a vehicle to get serviced for a specific issue. That issue was never addressed but other items that drives labor rates were. The vehicle still drives awful and has ruined a surprised that has now been postponed.

My check engine light comes on and goes off. It will not remain on continually. Once the light stayed on all day, but has not done so again. Then the car won't start some days and I have to get a jump to start it. This has happened several times. I brought the car to you this morning and I was told you could find nothing wrong with it. I said "there's something wrong when I have to get a jump to start it". You told me the battery and alternator are good. Okay, so what's wrong with this car. I'd like to know. Is it a factory defect??? Something is wrong.
