My oil cap was not placed back and I didn’t notice the oil spillage until I got home and notice my oil cap was missing. And there was oil everywhere under my hood. I don’t know why they checked that portion of my oil because I went for a state inspection not an oil change. Thankfully Adam was available today May 8 to replace my oil cap and to clean my engine. But I’m not at all satisfied with Matthews service. I’m glad I checked under my hood to see what was going on because it could have been way worse.
