I scheduled my appointment for 11:20am and received the confirmation email the night before that stated that my appointment was for 5/5/2021 I arrived on time, but the lady that first assisted me could not find my appointment in the system. She took me over to Matthew and he found my appointment in the system for 10:20am. He remained professional and did not make me feel as though I was an inconvenience and even suggested that I get my oil changed while I was there, since I only had 500 more miles to go before the recommended 5000 mile mark. I really appreciated that because of course it saved me from having to take an extra trip in a couple weeks. Once I came back to pick up my car after it was serviced, Matthew was still friendly and even made some funny jokes. I am very pleased with my service today. Thank you!
