Priority Nissan Newport News' website offered shuttle service and carwash service which I signed up for along with an oil change. I brought my wife and daughter with me to my appointment. I had told them that we signed up for the shuttle service, and that we could spend time at the nearby mall. When I arrived I was told that because it was Saturday, that a shuttle service driver was not available and that they no longer had a carwash service. Please let your customers know before they show up. I left without the oil change. I will no longer use your maintenance department. Feel free to make it up by offering my 4900 trade value in on my 2001 Ford Ranger Edge. I'd be happy with a late model used Ford or Chevy from your trade in lot. Thank you.
