No idea who Maggie Titus is. I had already purchase my vehicle before Maggie sent me a text. I started with Pascal, he was very helpful and informative. He sat me down with Korbie when I arrived, he was great as well! From there I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs Church and Mike who finalized everything. Mrs Church made sure my vehicle was cleaned thoroughly inside and out. When I picked it up it was beautiful!

No body reminded me when the vehicle is ready while I was waiting in the lobby. Although text messages were sent, cell phone signal can be bad so that messages can be missed sometimes. Previously, a staff will always come to explain what needs to be done and courtesily remind me when my vechile is ready. Do not understand why sw8tching a text message reminder.
