Ventilation of the waiting area was poor. I kept moving to different places but still smelled cigarette smoke. I went outside. Most of the smokers come outside to smoke. It was not a pleasant experience for me.
I also didn’t notice till I got home that I was charged for my oil change. That’s the reason I come to that dealership. Also liked the free car wash till this time. They didn’t do the lower half of the car.
The staff was excellent, professional and friendly.
