I asked the service department to replace my weather strip on my driver’s side rear door. The weather strip was visibly damaged, sticking out of the door. There was a mix up, and the service desk believed I asked for the passenger side rear doors weather strip to be replaced. It was not visibly damaged like the drivers side was. When I brought this to their attention after the service was complete, they claimed I had asked for the passenger side, which they claimed was damaged. I have no knowledge of it being damaged, but the drivers side was very obviously damaged. The service desk offered to replace the drivers side strip half-off, but I declined, not having the money and frustrated at the confusion when the drivers side was very visibly damaged.
